Belford Court offers three of the finest self catering
apartments available in North Northumberland. Located within the market
village of Belford, only a short drive from Bamburgh, Holy Island,
Berwick or Alnwick.
The ideal place to stay when exploring
Northumberland's magnificent coastal landscape and Cheviot Hills. |

 |
Belford's Old Magistrates Court have been tastefully
converted into three holiday apartments, retaining the Victorian
architecture mixed with the comforts of modern life. The
Old courthouse, Constables Lodge and The Hayloft all have three bedrooms
which can comfortably accommodate six guests with access to the rear garden. |
|
Built in 1865 the Old Courthouse still has the
Magistrates Bench in the lounge, and the entrance staircase from the street
or rear garden are the original steps into the dock. The
Constables Lodge was formerly the home of the local bobbies, who didn't have
the modern comforts on offer today in this three bedroom ground floor apartment. |
 |
|
 |
The Hayloft has been converted from the stables for the
Police Horses long before the Panda Car or Black Maria appeared on the
streets of Belford. Three bedrooms and bathroom fill the
old hayloft, of this two floor apartment with private courtyard and patio. |
|
Adderstone Hall and Belford Court are are only a few
miles apart offering large parties the ability to be together.
The Blue Bell Hotel in Belford can cater for those
wishing to be pampered during there stay in north Northumberland's
coastal province.
Horse riding and lessons can also be arranged while
others are playing golf. |

Recommended 9 Hole Golf Courses in North Northumberland
|
The Blue
Bell takes a special interest in Golf and the people who enjoy it and we in turn
enjoy assisting discerning Golfers in the discovery of this outstanding area.
The year 2000 will be our 14th year of organising golfing excursions and we'd
very much for you to be a part of it. |
 |
Many visiting players avoid 9 hole courses as a rule, preferring the larger 18
hole layouts, believing they offer a sterner test of golfing prowess. However,
North Northumberland boasts some ideal and challenging 9 hole courses, some with
18 tee boxes and although we recommend several local 18 hole venues, we would
also draw your attention to the smaller but equally attractive courses listed
below.

There are obviously other courses in the area and each one represents good value
